Fattoria Roico offers quiet and well furnished rooms: 
- 1 two rooms apartment for 4/6 people, with ensuite bathroom, telephone, air conditioning and TV: “the Mansard”.
- 1 double room with ensuite bathroom, telephone, air conditioning and TV: “the Hazelnut”.
Bathrooms include lavatory, cold and hot water and shower.

The farmhouse has been renovated and modernized by the owners. Bed and breakfast accommodation and restaurant facilities are run by an enthusiastic young team. With a warm and friendly atmosphere it is an ideal location for the enjoyment of traditional Piedmontese cuisine.

The food of the Monferrato area attracts gourmets as well as tourists. In addition to its wonderful traditional cuisine there are world renowned wines to enjoy such as Barbera, Freisa, Bonarda, Nebiolo and Barolo. From our menu you will enjoy 4 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 main courses and a range of desserts. The cost together with is 24 Euro plus drinks, but an all inclusive 25 Euro menu with unpacked Maciòt red wine is also available, as other solutions.

In addition to normal tourist accommodation the farmhouse can cater for small conventions or seminars, hosting meetings or groups of friends or colleagues. The grounds offer ample grassed space in front of the building, for children's play or for simple relaxation.
