The agriturismo
A generous and welcoming land in Piedmont surrounded by the gentle and rolling hills, at the border between the Langhe region and Monferrato. Other than producing biodynamic wine, the structure is able to accommodate its guests in its refined rooms, offering them typical cuisine at the restaurant and relaxation in the wellbeing centre.
The Farm Holiday, an antique farm house recently restored, is composed of different accommodation solutions meeting the needs of everybody: 9 rooms and 2 mini apartments with kitchenette.
The accommodation
The rooms, built based on principles of ecological design, each with its own colour scheme, natural furnishings and individual details, all offering different panoramic views. Several face the pool, offering a view of the evening relaxation zone, while others have a terrace overlooking the valley and Canelli, an enchanting village between the Langhe and Monferrato.
The restaurant, open to the farm holiday’s guests and external clients, has been furnished with natural material: wood tables and chairs, warm and natural materials. Simple, all of this to create a soft, tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.
After a room decorated with valuable bottles, you will find two other rooms, one of which, in the summer months, is open with a view of the courtyard and grottos. Next to the summer room, you will find a wood burning fireplace and the grill for moon-lit evenings!
Dishes are designed with seasonal products in mind, and are cared for down to the last detail with flair and fantasy, including their presentation and table settings.
The ingredients are chosen with care and are grown on location, all of the products used within “I Tre Poggi” farmhouse are grown either at the farm or are from within the local territory. The chef prepares dishes typical to Piedmont and territory, served with fantasy and paired with the biodynamic wine of the farm and other excellent wines of Piedmont.
The first vines were planted in 2001 and were cared for almost obsessively, observing the principals of the biodynamic discipline.The 10 hectares of land are in perfect synthesis with the splendid hills of Monferrato, creating the unique and uncontaminated location of the farm holiday, where even the microclimate is distinctive and the solar exposition unique.
From this equilibrium is born a truly unforgettable wine, intense ruby in colour, recalling the sunset that paints the colours of our vineyard. Biodynamic D.O.C. wines : the Barbera, the Dolcetto and the Freisa, the Moscato.
The Wellbeing Centre as carved out of the antique Cellar, an area of the farm dating to the year 1400. The vaulted ceilings are made of brick and the walls were carved out of rock.
The restoration of this area, using local materials and respecting the antique architectural structure of the building, has created a magical and incomparable location.
And here's what you'll find in the wellness area of the farm holiday: turkish bath, therapeutic showers; emotional shower; chromotherapy; indoor pool; relaxation zone ...and on request: massages and treatments.
