The agriturismo
Surrounded by vines and hazelnut trees, in an 18th century manor house, it guarantees a family welcome and warm atmosphere. The Reami Vigone family has run it passionately for three generations. It has an enchanting view over the hills of the Monferrato area and excellent traditional Piedmont cuisine accompanied by home produced wines.
The accommodation
The homestead stands on the side of the hill that is part of the farm property, between two valleys. It boasts an all-round view of the nearby Alps. Inside are the vaulted hall, the fireplace and the guest quarters where the farm store and reading area are located. The entire complex has been completely renovated according to the rural tradition of wood, stone and local terracotta tiles. The ten rooms - each with air conditioning and independent heating - have been set up in the old hayloft, tastefully furnished and with an enchanting view.
Activities and surrounding
The spacious pergola and swimming pool complete with sun-beds are the perfect places to relax, sipping on a glass of farm produced wine accompanied by some organic hazelnuts. Nearby you can go truffle hunting, horse-riding through the vineyards and woods of these wonderful hills, hire a Vespa scooter. The owner will be pleased to give you all the information you need to explore wine estates, churches, hamlets and castles.
