With passion the owners prepare traditional dishes: the small and delicious 'plin' ravioli, the unforgettable 'tajarin' with field herbs, the courtyard pheasant cooked in Moscato wine, rabbit in white wine and the wonderful desserts such as the bunet, the hazelnut cakes and delicious apples cooked in chocolate sauces.
Wines are carefully chosen to accompany each dish to produce the tastes and smells that only classical Piemontese cooking can offer.
