The building where the residence is located is one of the most ancient and most valuable of the whole Montà's real estates (Montà is a town placed in the middle of the Roero, close to the city of Cuneo, at few kilometres from Turin and Asti). Built at the end of the '700, the residence is located in the middle of Montà's historic centre. The elegance of some architectural details (such as the "lambrequin", that enriches the whole perimeter of the building's roof, or the dormer window, completely worked with ancient bricks, or the indoor ladder's railing, which is completely worked in cast iron, and finally the baked tile flowered floor) confirms the exclusiveness of the building. Built on the rests of an ancient tavern-stabling, the building was located exactly on one of Montà's historic entrances, as documented by some notes which have been found out during its restoration jobs.

The residence is composed by six flats, three of which have got two rooms and the others with a single room. The two flats on the ground floor (one with single room and the other one composed by two rooms) are completely equipped for the staging of the people with handicaps. Each single flat is composed by a wide living-room with a kitchenette and a divan bed, and a bathroom with shower. Each one of the bigger flat has got furthermore a double room. Each single flat is equipped with television, kitchen units, iron, hair-dryer, washing-machine and all the linen. If required, beds for children and child's high chair available. Parking and internet wireless access are inclusive in the price.
