The agriturismo
The farm, located among the hills and hazelnut groves of Valtanaro, enjoys an excellent panoramic position, framed by the nearby Langhe and the mountains of theLigurian Apennines. Strategic point to visit Langhe and Roero: to city of Alba, famous for the autumn truffle fair, Barolo, La Morra, Monforte, for the wineries where you can taste the best wines of the area.
The accommodation
The "la Tilia" farmhouse, a typical Piedmontese farmhouse from the 1700s, stands in a panoramic position on a hilly plateau, a land of hazelnut groves.
Guests will find hospitality in the four spacious rooms located on the upper floor of the structure; furnished with simplicity and good taste, each accommodation has a private bathroom with shower, TV and Internet connection.
Attention to the spaces dedicated to the little ones make the farmhouse an ideal place for short or long term stays of families, who will find in the meadows surrounding the farm, an ideal place for the safe activities of their children, and still inside the farmhouse an entire playroom dedicated to children.
The kitchen offers traditional Piedmontese dishes, cooked with local organic ingredients from the farm's own vegetable garden and livestock farm.
Breakfast is served in the living room made out of the old stable, now renovated, whose large windows allow guests to enjoy meals while admiring the surrounding panorama warmed by the warmth of the fireplace.

On Saturday afternoons it will be possible to take part, in the farm's living room or outdoors, in a series of meetings to learn about and experiment with the technique ofwatercolor guided by a painting teacher.
There is also the possibility of organizing excursions on foot or by mountain bike recommended by the farm staff, to discover the natural beauty of the place. The farmhouse, thanks to its strategic location, turns out to be an ideal starting point for visiting the nearby Langhe: starting from Novello, then passing through Barolo, La Morra, Manforte, driving along the enchanting scenic roads that connect the towns until you reach Alba, a town famous for its truffle fair that takes place in autumn.
Finally, the towns of Bene Vagienna with its archaeological site, Cherasco, famous for its prestigious antiques market, and the town of Mondovì with the nearby sanctuary of Vicoforte will be of considerable historical interest.
In the winter season, the ski resorts of Prato Nevoso and Frabosa are quickly reached.
