The agriturismo
Nestled in the nature of the Po River Park, just minutes from Turin, Cascina Gai offers hospitality and tranquility, with typical Piedmontese cuisine, overnight accommodations in four rooms, walks, and excursions between Turin and Cuneo to discover the Piedmontese baroque and nature trails.
The accommodation
The farm has grazing cattle for meat and milk production, grows cereals and a variety of vegetables.
The typical Piedmontese cuisine is made up of simple and healthy foods, familiar and genuine tastes, reproposed with new ideas.
Wines, oils and all foods that are not produced on the farm are sourced from the other agritourisms that are part of the Piedmont Agritourism Consortium.
Hospitality is provided in the double rooms, which are very spacious and comfortable, all with private bathroom and television, with the possibility of additional beds for small children or large families.
The agritourism's restaurant is open by reservation: tasting menu at €28-30.
Activities and surrounding
Nature lovers can visit the Stork and Wildlife Recovery Center in Racconigi (km 22) and enter the vast network of bicycle paths along the Po River Route in the Carmagnolese area or ford the river on horseback. Inside the Park it is possible to engage in fishing in the appropriate areas.
Of particular historical-artistic interest: Duomo di Carignano (km 3), Santuario del Valinotto or Chiesa della Visitazione (km 7.5), Castello di Racconigi (km 22), Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi (km 21).

A few kilometers from Turin, this farmhouse is a little gem surrounded by nature, beautifully kept, tidy and quiet. Diego and Grazia are two very kind and helpful people, very polite manners, the sincere and pure eyes of those who host for passion and not for money.
