The agriturismo is located in Borgo d’Ale (town with all amenities), 500 metres from the old town and 300 metres from the antiques market in the Alto Vercellese area, on the border with the Canavese area that can be reached by going over the nearby “Bric dal Mund” hill.
From here, the view opens up over Masino Castle, Lake Viverone and sweeps across the Vercelli plains until reaching the Monferrato hills.

The agriturismo is a farmhouse renovated following the principles of green building, using natural materials: cork panels to insulate the roof and exterior walls, kenaf or Italian hemp panels, rice husks for wall cavities and wooden mezzanine.
It is composed of several self-contained units (3 bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with bathroom with shower and bidet), all tastefully furnished, simple and comfortable in Piedmont style: chestnut and larch plank and terracotta flooring; ceilings with chestnut beams, fir glulam and brick rib-vaults; interior walls finished with natural lime and natural colours; chestnut window frames with large French door facing south.
A lift serves the two floors of the farmhouse and there is wood-burning central heating with floor-standing fan coil units and Wi-Fi in common areas. There are also outdoor areas, a courtyard and garden that are safe for families and children.
For groups, a fully-equipped kitchen and rooms for breakfast/lunch/dinner are available. Fresh cow’s milk from the evening before is served at breakfast, along with goose or duck salami and eggs, jams and honey from the cooperative’s members.
