The agriturismo
Built in the 2003 according to the complete respect of environment, the farm house cultivates the most ancient country traditions of Sardinian kitchen and it offers a sure opportunity of relax in a rustic and comfortable atmosphere.
The accommodation
The structure is divided in two parts: one is the result of an old stall that includes now the Reception, the Restaurant, the Fireplace, Television Room.
The Restaurant with 90 covers has been recently constructed in a rustic style with a characteristic roof in wood, where you can take breakfast, lunch and dinner, according your request.
The second part includes the 9 rooms, all furnished in Sardinian style and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and TV.
Between the two parts there are a big garden with beautiful lawn and flowers and a little park game for children.
Others services: closed parking, free water for cleaning auto and sea equipment. The most attractive features are the stables and the riding ground.
Activities and surrounding
Is Concais is located near the lake of Monte Pranu, surrounded by a beautiful pinewood, where is possible to make some excursions walking, by bike or by horse and where you can find and visit some “Nuraghe” still intact.
Near the Agriturismo there are numerous urban centers of historical and archaeological interest, among which the medieval town of Tratalias with the wonderful cathedral of Saint Maria of Monserrato, built in 1200 DC, the caves “ Is Zuddas” (Santadi) and other archaeological sites.
A few kilometers from the farm house there is the beautiful and still uncontaminated island of Sant'Antioco, an enchanting oasis with many historical interest and where you can find the most important beaches of the South Sardinia, as Maladroxia, Coe'cuaddus, Cala Signora.
Other different beaches to visit are Porto Pino (Sant’Anna Arresi) with its splendid dunes of white sands, and the beach of Porto Botte, very famous for the Kite Surf.
