The agriturismo

Within the farm that has been managed for decades by the Fumu family for about 15 years, the receptive activity has begun.

The estate is in the territory of Padru, in the countryside of the province of Olbia-Tempio, 20 km from the sea.

From here there is a beautiful view of the surroundings where peace and the beauty of nature reign.

The accommodation

The farm covers 35 hectares; guests are accommodated in 8 double rooms equipped with bathrooms, air conditioning and a panoramic veranda.

The dining room is very cozy and local cuisine is enjoyed there (reservations are necessary) with typical specialties such as malloreddus, zuppa gallurese, porcetto, wild boar alla cacciatora, and seadas, to which are added the many own productions (cheeses, ham, sausages, wine, bread, pasta, vegetables). You can also eat out.

On the farm there are many animals (cows, sheep, pigs, chickens) and a small play area for children with a swing.

Activities and surrounding

Worth visiting is the 19th-century village of Badu Andria, an ancient village with stone houses, no longer inhabited where shepherds used to stop during transhumance. Throughout the year there are many cult-related events such as the feast of St. Elias (end of May) where people enjoy sheep in coat (boiled with potatoes and onions), the feast of St. Anthony (August), and the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary (first Friday in September). In each of them you can listen to the songs of the tenores and the music of the launeddas.

Those staying on the estate can arrange nature observations, walking tours, and trips to the 15th-century Sant'Elia Sanctuary.

A 40-minute drive takes you to the wonderful coastline of Budoni; even closer, about half an hour by car, is San Teodoro. At 30 km Porto San Paolo where you can take the ferry to theTavolara and Molara marine protected area: wonderful beaches and a paradise for diving and snorkeling.
