The houses are all completely independent, are composed mostly of a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
There are 2 apartments have in addition a wooden mezzanine, where children usually sleep.

The Macciona The farm is renovated from an old sheepfold typical of Gallura, which was followed by construction of the new ones, for a total of 13 apartments of which 11 are leased.
