The property has undergone a careful and complex restoration carried out in a manner faithful to the original structure but with a modern twist. The site is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards that harmoniously blend with the recurrent Mediterranean Maquis and colourful gardens.

Here, two beautiful pools are immersed in the vineyards and overlook the beautiful seacoast of Cape Nieddu with a view of the Mal di Ventre Island. The pools are accessible and available free of charge during most of the year. The Resort has a large reception hall with sitting areas, a dining room and guest rooms with furnishings consistent with the personal style and creativity of the owners. This is the ideal place to spend magical and unforgettable moments while tasting old Sardinian recipes accompanied by the famous red and white wines of this generous and welcoming land. The resort has 12 Suite type rooms with double private bathroom equipped with all sorts of amenities (remote controlled air conditioning, Colour LCD TV with digital terrestrial television , hair dryer, a toiletry set with aromatic soaps and scented essences). Guests are offered breakfast and dinner and we recommend that they try the variety of food that we offer in line with the culinary tradition of the owners and in particular the traditional dishes from Emilia, Lombardy, Liguria, Sicily and Sardinia. A wide range of local and National wines accompanies our cuisine.
