(about 55 square meters): it is subdivided into a double room, another bedroom for two people (either with one double bed or 2 twin beds) offering additional accommodations for two extra people in the loft; a kitchen, a living room and bathroom with a walk in shower. A spacious bricked canopy area (more than 50 square meters) and a charming little garden are located to the rear of the apartment with a patio that gives access to the pool area.

The owners of the property farm the land: arable, olive trees, pistachios, almonds and seasonal garden produce. The hill scenery is unique and relaxing. It is intersected by a farm road, easily accessible from a state road.
