The estate is found in a small rural hamlet 250 m away from the sea and only 60 km from Messina on the Tyrrhenian coast in Sicily. There are five accommodations nestled in nature on the estate and all enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the Aeolian archipelago. It’s a place of tranquility, accessible only to guests, who have at their disposal tropical and seasonal fruit, olive oil, and many vegetables from the garden.

The hamlet has been recently renovated, but the materials of traditional artisanry, the stone walls, and the ceilings with chestnut wood beams distinguish the accommodations with the charm of ancient homes, rendering the spaces warm and inviting. The homes, all independent, overlook the sea and dominate the shore below from about 60 m above sea level.
Villa Eoliana is a panoramic villa located in the heart of an estate; it can comfortably host 4 guests in a double-bed room and in a room with two sleeping accommodations (bunk bed). For 2 more guests there is a sofa bed in the living room.
Casa Draco is the largest accommodation, and can host 4 guests: 2 in a comfortable double-bed with private bath and 2 in a double room on the mezzanine; 2 more guests can stay on the sofa bed in the living room. There is also a second bath and a spacious kitchen.
Casa Cafisi is characterized by a spacious covered patio that enjoys a lovely view of the Aeolian Islands. It can host 2 people in the double-bed room, plus 2 in the living room thanks to a large sofa bed. Separating the two areas is a kitchen unit and a bath.
Casa Pagliera can be reached by a staircase in brick and stone, which leads to a large panoramic terrace and a covered patio, exclusively for guests in this residence. It can host 4 guests, 2 in the double-bed room and 2 thanks to a large sofa bed in the living room. There is 1 bath.
La Scuderia is an "open space" (with a double-bed, a living space, and kitchen unit) whose patio, which overlooks a garden with hibiscus flowers, hydrangea and bougainville, has a lovely view of the sea and the Aeolian Islands.
