The farm covers more than 100 hectares of land, producing more than 80% of the foodstuffs used in the kitchen: Vegetables, fruit, olives for high-quality oil; sheep, goats and pigs for cheese and cold-cuts with organic-farming guaranteed control of the food-chain. The menu varies and includes dishes based on the natural seasonal cycle. From the vineyard comes an excellent Nero d’Avola.
The rooms have air conditioning, satellite TV and minibar. One is equipped for disabled guests. The pool with whirlpool reinvigorates in the summer.
The kitchen prepares typical dishes according to the original recipes passed from father to son, using the zero-km organic farm products. These same products are for sale: From typical cheeses like ricotta, to salami made from the black Sicilian pig.
