The villas are situated at less than 1km from Pozzallo beach, which can be proud to get the Blue Flag every year since 2002, thanks to the quality of its water.
The property is stretched on more than 3 hectares and is adorned with a private garden which is overflowing with a luxuriant vegetation, combining both Mediterranean and exotic species.

For simple pleasure of relaxing in the comfortable hammocks stretched under the trees.
