The agriturismo
Just 7 km from the sea and the Selinunte Archaeology Park, on a 37 hectare estate cultivated with organic citrus and olive groves, the agriturismo is located in the stunning setting of the “Latomie”, the caves from which the Selinunte people extracted the great blocks of calcareous tuff used to build their ancient cities.
The certified extra virgin olive oil produced by the farm can be tasted in the typical local dishes prepared by the agriturismo’s restaurant, which offers beautiful views of the citrus groves.
Relax in the spa in the countryside with specific treatments with olive oil, Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath and herbal tea.
The accommodation
The 27 rooms, ranging from double to quadruple, include verandas and independent entrances, private bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, TVs, minibars and Sicilian style furnishings, and showcase a range of traditional work tools displayed on the walls.
Some rooms look on to the interior section of the “baglio” (a traditional Sicilian structure with a courtyard), with small verandas shaded by the pergola, while others look on to the swimming pool, sheltered by the age old olive trees. The remaining rooms offer delightful views of the surrounding countryside.

Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo offers easy access to the stunning Selinunte coast: Marinella, a famous seaside tourist resort, offers long sandy beaches and a rich folklore schedule (concerts, festivals, theatre and Saints’ Day celebrations).
The Archaeology Park and the nature reserve around the Belice river, where “Caretta-Caretta” marine turtles lay their eggs, are ideal for lovers of culture and nature.
