we are sorry you did not enjoyed your stay.
In our Agriturismo you can enojoy the traditional sicilian welcome (food and habbits). We are quoted on many famouse magazines "Osterie d'Italia", Slow Food from 2002; "Ristoranti d'Italia" - Gambero Rosso 2017-2018. We use the product for our farm and excellent products from Sicily (pistachio from Bronte, black pork from Nebrodi, Vastedda cheese from Belìce, red garlic from Nubia, salt of Trapani, almonds from Noto, etc).
Our cuisine is famous for its traditional features and think... the other restaurant you quoted is not really chosen from local people who prefer us.
Pizza is not the classic you can find every where: we use ancient sicilian flour (Our farm produce Tumminia and Senatore Cappelli), slow leavining (24h) and Trapani traditional recipe.
You reservation was just in B&B so when you sit at our restaurant our waiter brought you the menu from which you could choose à la carte, nothing difficult.
You booked also 1 night and you asked also to stay an other night, if you did not liked it you could change agriturismo.
We ARE an AGRITURISMO so we focus on a traditional meat and vegetables cuisine not in a sea food.
