Farmhouse lies in the middle of the Alps in the centre of the little village Saint Jakob in Pfitsch. The village is situated in the central area of the Alps very close to the Austrian border. The local farmers mostly produce milk which is sold via the Milchhof Sterzino, the local dairy.

This farmhouse has been run by the family since 1310 which means the local governor awarded the title ?Hereditary Farm? to the place.
It offers apartments and rooms: an apartment has with 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, balcony, larder, garden, toilet, bathroom. Another apartment has 1 bedroom (4 people) kitchen, hall and 2 bathrooms. There is another apartment for 4-8 people: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom.
The apartments are located on the first and second floor. All bedrooms have a double bed. If asked for we also offer breakfast.
There is the possibility to enjoy barbecue in the garden. For little guests there is a playground about 100 metres from the house. In winter you can enjoy yourselves on the vast cross-country skiing area right in front of our farm.
