Rothenhof

The farm is an example of the local history, as well as a place where you can live and experience pure nature. It rests on the mountainside on the border of the Natural Park “Monte Corno”. You can see down the valley, and it is the perfect starting point for tracking and travelling. The town of Cavalese and the ski area of Cermis are only 20 minutes by car. The ski areas of Obereggen and Pampeago are only 45 minutes, and you can experience the history and culture of the towns of Bolzano and Trento within 40 minutes. Perhaps more spectacular is the short drive to the mythical Dolomites, famous for winter skiing and summer hiking and climbing. 

Or if you like, you can also start by biking or walking between farms and forests along the old Ora-Predazzo railway. This will take you into the Natural Park of Monte Corno and also not far from the big canyon, Bletterbach, where you will discover dinosaur footprints of millions of years ago. Upon returning to Rothenhof, you can look for new adventures in our home library.
