The prices are per day and for a stay of 7 days. Minimum stay: 3 days. From December to March the minimum stay is 4 days. In these months we only rent the apartments (without breakfast service). The price includes: Bed linen, towels, dish towels, final cleaning, heating and electricity Pony riding 2 times a week 1 times sleeping in the hay Bicycle rental 3 pairs of sticks for hiking or Nordic walking 2 pairs of snowshoes 2 sledges Apartments: The prices refer to the unit and the quoted number of people. Surcharge per additional person: 10.00 € Room with breakfast: The prices are per person per day Discounts for children (with 2 full paying adults): Children up to 4 years in parents'room: 100% discount Children 5 to 12 years in parents'room: 20% discount Children up to 12 years in their own room: 10% discount Baby cot is provided free on request 5% discount for stays longer than 20 days Dog: € 8.00 per day (accommodation is only available in the apartments and must be clarified in advance Cancellation condition: Up to 3 months prior arrival you can cancel free of charge. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 3 days of the whole reserved stay. In the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the total cost. To save costs and protect yourself, we recommend our "Red Cock cancellation protection".
