I really like this place. First of all, you get to stay in the farm where you can see horses, rabbits, sheep, cows, etc. Every morning they will give you either fresh milk or eggs for free. Free sauna and bikes to use. They also provide Brixen cards which we found very useful for traveling (we used them a lot).

Our apartment were so big and well equipped (except that there is no microwave/oven!).

The location was also great. The view from our apartment was fantastic. You can also walk around to see an even better view. It's also not far from the city if you travel by car (but it will be less convenient, but still easy, if you want to use public transportation). The only thing that I hope could be better is that there are more places to bike around.

What I like the most, though, is that the owner (Christa) were extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us many recommendation about where to go and what to do.

I will definitely come back here!

How to describe my vacation spent at Widmanhof only one word: HARMONY! The love of animals treated with great respect by all the family cleaning, kindness and caring that my daughter and I have received I have left a pleasant memory. Eravamole unique Italian guests but this did not stop us moments of deep joy to spend the rest of the group (a Dutch family a German). This experience would recommend only to those who are looking for peace, serenity in harmony with nature without screaming or shouting because we know the animals in need of peace and not only them. THANKS
