Bookings
For reservations a deposit is required equal to 30% of the total to be paid by postal order or bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
The balance will be processed at checkout.
Cancellation policy
Cancelled reservations of rooms and apartments will be subject to penalties as follows:
up to 30 days before date of arrival,
received deposit will be refunded with no charge;
from 30 days to 15 days before date of arrival,
The deposit will not be refunded and there will be no extra charge;
from 15 days to 2 days before date of arrival,
The deposit will not be refunded and we reserve the right to retain a charge up to 50% for the entire stay;
from 2 days before date of arrival,
The deposit will not be refunded and we reserve the right to hold a penalty of up to 100% of entire stay booked.
Any reduction in the duration of the stay will be considered canceled.
In case of no show or early departure, the deposit will not be refunded and we reserve the right to hold a penalty of up to 100% of entire stay booked.
The non-refundable deposit may be used to stay at the Farmhouse "Al Cermolo" within 6 months of cancellation subject to availability.
The penalties are not refundable in any circumstances.
