Surrounded by lush apple orchards of Val di Non and by the most beautiful peaks on the horizon, the Farmhouse "Al Cermolo" is situated in an optimal location for those seeking peace and tranquility, healthiness and sport activities.

The building, recently constructed, was designed and manufactured to the most modern and orthodox bio-architectural criteria that allowed the creation of a healthy environment and high ecological sustainability.

The beneficial effects of using only natural materials like pine wood on sleep and relaxing are traditionally known for centuries. We are particularly attentive to the saving of energy through the careful isolation of environments and bio-climatic techniques for solar control. These both aim to provide at the Farmhouse “Al Cermolo” an ideal place for a healthy holiday, in harmony with nature, where guests are offered:

elegant breakfast of the most remarkable culinary tradition of Trentino;

farm products: the precious and world renowned apples of Val di Non, with their organoleptic properties, crispness, flavor and uniqueness, as well as products produced directly on the farm, such as apple juice and jam;

In any season of the year Val di Non offers many opportunities for those wishing to practice sports: hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking, snowshoeing, downhill and cross country skiing, and ski mountaineering. The Farmhouse "Al Cermolo" is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area and Diego will be available with good advice for all guests;

babysitting service for all those guests wanting to face a day of adventure, leaving their children in the Farmhouse; 

the exquisite company of the owners Diego and Barbara, around the magical warmth of the wood burning stove, in the cool summer evenings or in winter, who cheer and inform guests about the story of the magical region of Trentino.

At 15 km (20 min) you can reach the impressive Dolomiti di Brenta, the ideal destination for mountain lovers. There are numerous trails and scenic hikes, and do not miss the magical play of light on the rock at sunrise and sunset. The group is part of the Adamello Brenta Park, the largest protected area in Trentino.

Inside the park is located Lake Tovel (15km - 20 min from the Farmhouse), one of the most beautiful alpine lakes. Once famous for its red-colored water, the lake enchants visitors for its limpid green and blue hues.

Also a short distance from the Farmhouse (15 km - 15 min), one can admire the imposing majesty of Thun Castle, an austere medieval castle located on top of a hill overlooking Val di Non, recently opened to the public.

Paganella, with its famous ski slopes and its beautiful woods, is easily accessible from the Farmhouse (25 km - 30 min). Both winter and summer, this superb mountain has an endless choice of activities for every type of hiker.
