The structure is composed of 5 guest rooms offering a total of 12 beds, plus a spacious breakfast room, all furnished in natural wood in the typical Italian Alpine style. Each room features a bathroom with shower cubicle and hair-dryer, disabled access bathroom, internal lift, minibar, satellite TV/decoder and Internet access.
Guests are also provided with access to a large garden adjoining the building, with children's play facilities and a comfortable area for adult relaxation.
Special attention has been devoted to energy efficiency in the structure, with solar powered water heating and photovoltaic panels for electricity generation.
