Booking Confirmations A deposit of 30% of total amount must be paid by bank transfer within 3 days of confirmation. Receipt of payment must be sent by fax or email. The booking cannot be guaranteed until receipt of payment of deposit has been received. On arrival: Balance payment must be paid cash on arrival (we are sorry but we cannot momentarily accept credit cards). A damage deposit of 200 EUR is required and will be fully returned upon departure if no damages occurred. Holiday Cancellation Should you be compelled to cancel your holiday, no money will be refunded. Prices include: Hot and cold water consumption, electricity, gas, bed and table linen, towels and tea towels. Linen will be changed every week. Prices do not include: Heating, daily and weekly cleaning, final cleaning, daily change of towels. Additional services on request: Extra bed: 100.00 EUR per week Pets: (max 1 per flat) please say at the time of booking Extra change of linen: 15.00 EUR Daily and weekly cleaning: to be agreed upon. Additional services to pay on the spot: Final cleaning for one week stays:30.00 EUR Final cleaning for short stays: 20.00 EUR
