At guests’ disposal both rooms (2 double rooms with private bathroom) and apartments. At the ground floor of the central building there is an apartment composed by living room with cooking corner, bathroom and double room;  two apartments on two levels have been obtained within the ancient tobacco warehouse: the first one composed by wide living room with cooking corner, fireplace, wide double room, bathroom and private garden; and the other one composed by two rooms, two bathrooms,  day zone with fireplace and private garden. All the apartments are equipped with dishwasher, double sofa bed in the living room, satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection and Internet access.  

In the central part of the house there is a wide common area with a small restaurant and a kitchen equipped for  “cooking class”. The products used are almost exclusively of own production: from animals (lambs, goats, pigeons, ducks, chickens ) to vegetables, to fruit. In the farmhouse is also possible to buy typical products and taste wine and oil.  

The whole offers a wide common area with wood oven, barbecue, swimming pool (16x6 m). Moreover, at guests’ disposal, a ping pong table and a small gym in the ancient granary.  An old annex, appropriately restructured, hosts a Jacuzzi (4x1.8 m), coated of sand stone. The water, coming directly from its source, is heated at ideal temperature in order to enjoy relax moments in the calm and colours of the Tuscan countryside.
