The agriturismo
The original nucleus is represented by an old 16th-century tower house, enlarged over the years until, at the beginning of the 20th century, it reached the typical structure of the Tuscan farmhouse, with all the buildings arranged around the farmyard, the heart of past domestic life. The complex was then completely renovated in the early 2000s, respecting and enhancing those elements and features that make Tuscan houses unique: the large hearths, exposed beams, handmade terracotta and stone sere.
Breakfast is offered by reservation. It is not possible to dine at the farmhouse. However, there are many restaurants nearby to discover.

The accommodation
There are 3 apartments available to guests. On the ground floor of the central building apartment consisting of living room with cooking area, bathroom and double bedroom; inside the old tobacconist's shop there are 2 apartments on two levels: one consisting of large living room with kitchenette, fireplace, large double bedroom, bathroom and private garden and the other consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living area with fireplace as well as private garden. All apartments are equipped with dishwasher, double sofa bed in living room, satellite TV, wi-fi connection, internet access.
ALL APARTMENTS ENJOY AIR CONDITIONING, EXCEPT THE LOGGIA (oldest part of the farmhouse, dating back to the late 1500s, does not need air conditioning as during summer it is naturally cool and in winter warm. Heating is not included in the price.
BREAKFAST BY RESERVATION AT € 10 PER PERSON.
The complex offers a large common area with wood-burning oven, barbecue, swimming pool (16 x 6 mt), open from May 15 to September 15. Also available to guests is a ping-pong table and, in the old barn, a small gym. An old outbuilding, properly renovated, houses a whirlpool bath (4 x 1.8 mt), lined with sandstone. The water that comes directly from the spring is heated and brought to an ideal temperature to enjoy moments of relaxation in the quiet and colors of the Tuscan countryside. Hot tub service is available for a fee by reservation.
Activities and surrounding
Mountain biking excursions are possible in the surrounding area.
The geographic location and proximity to major roads makes it easy to reach the places of greatest historical and artistic interest in Central Italy. The most interesting itineraries are those leading from Siena to San Gimignano to the Chianti Tour, or to Assisi and Perugia or to the wine area of Montepulciano, or even to Pienza and Montalcino. In the immediate vicinity, on the other hand, it will be nice to discover the medieval villages of Lucignano and Gargonza Castle, as well as the cities of Cortona and Arezzo. Also within easy reach are the spas of Rapolano, BAGNO VIGNONI.
For sportsmen 4 km away is a riding school with a riding school, 20 km away are golf courses and tennis courts.
