The“Colonica Poggio Renai” villa is built into two different levels and is surrounded by a beautiful, well kept garden with secluded areas perfect to donate relaxing moments to guests, far from the frantic daily life, an ideal place where is possible to enjoy peace and quiet of the countryside. Garden is also equipped with a large swimming pool 6 x 12 m, and a constant 1,25 m depth, always kept tiny and furnished with lawn furniture and umbrella.
In the inside the villa provides to the guests a large dining room and a comfortable sitting rooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and a double bedroom with an inner private bathroom. Upstairs there are the remaining rooms: three double bedrooms furnished with comfortable beds, and a double room with twin beds, each one disposes to guests a private bathroom.
