The agriturismo
The farmhouse overlooks the beautiful and small Valle di Chio, which has maintained over the years the typical Tuscan rural landscape. This valley is the frame of the farm, where extra virgin olive oil is produced and it is precisely among the olive trees, woods and chestnut groves that the villa stands where you can spend your holidays in total privacy and relaxation.
The accommodation
The cottage is spacious and comfortable, in perfect Tuscan style both in the structure and in the furnishings. It can accommodate 8 people with the possibility of adding 2 extra beds, and is on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a service room with laundry corner. On the first floor, connected by a wooden staircase, there is a sitting room, suitable for reading and relaxing, a double bedroom with private bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and tub. The two floors are also connected externally by a stone staircase with a loggia.
In the farmhouse guests have at their disposal: a fitness corner, a microwave oven, a blender, a toaster, an American coffee machine and an espresso machine, a safe, a dishwasher, a baby cot and high chair upon request free of charge, satellite TV, a hair dryer, a fan, table tennis, table football and a wood-burning oven.
The outdoor area, completely fenced, is very large and full of shady areas. The park is completed by games for children, hammocks and benches, gazebo with dining table and view of the valley, gazebo relaxation, barbecue where you can prepare tasty food. In a raised position in relation to the house, there is a swimming pool (5 x 12 m) with panoramic view and hydromassage corner, fully equipped and surrounded by typical Tuscan essences.

During the season, guests can participate in Fonte Vinaglia’s olive harvest.
Castiglion Fiorentino (Arezzo) is a hill town which looks out over the Valle di Chiana on the one side and Valle di Chio on the other.
