The house is spacious and comfortable and has been recently renovated in Tuscan style in both its architecture and furnishings. It can accommodate 6 guests with the possibility of adding two extra beds. On the ground floor, we find a large hall with a fireplace, a completely accessorized kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. Going up the wooden steps to the first floor, there is a sitting room, perfect for reading and relaxing. Then there is the master bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The two floors are connected outside by stone steps with a typical “loggetta”.

In the farm house you can find: fitness area, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee percolator, espresso machine, safe, dishwasher, child’s crib free available, satellite tv, hairdryer, fan, ping pong, wood oven.

Outside, the spacious grounds are totally fenced with plenty of shade. There is a playground for children, hammocks and benches, a gazebo with a picnic table looking out over the valley and a barbecue for cooking delicious meals. Higher up from the house there is is a completely equipped pool (5 x 12 mt) with a panoramic view, surrounded in the essence of Tuscany.
