Agriturismo La Foresteria is located in the heart of the Illuminati Farm. The estate is beautifully surrounded by an orchard, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and is located in the most charming area of the Val di Chiana, between Arezzo (10 km) and Siena (40 km).
This 18th century villa has been meticulously restored and furnished with style and elegance in keeping with the rural Tuscan tradition. Guests of the Foresteria have at their disposal an exclusive swimming pool (16x8 mt), with 5 hydromassage seats, framed by an absolutely unique natural landscape, and a barbecue area.

The guest house with a total of 19 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms can accommodate up to 45 people. The property is internally divided into 10 apartments of various sizes, each of which has its own private patio, equipped with table and chairs, to relax or dine al fresco.

The Apartments:

Casa Betto (sleeps 2):Betto was Bianchini's cousin and lived with his wife in the rooms next to the cellar; helped by his wife he dealt with the processing of wine and all its derivatives. The apartment has a double bedroom with bathroom and a living room with fully equipped kitchen and TV with international dish. Betto also has a private garden, equipped with gazebo and outdoor furniture, overlooking the apple orchard. Mtq. 48.

Casa la Cantina (sleeps 2): The house occupies the rooms that in the past were used for storing wine, characterized by cross-vaulted ceilings and thick walls. These characteristics allowed ideal temperatures for the conservation of wine even during the hottest periods. Today it has a large double bedroom with bathroom and a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and TV with international dish. The cellar also has a private garden, equipped with gazebo and outdoor furniture. with a view of the apple orchard. Mtq. 53.

Casa i Bianchini (8 1 bed places): in the past it was the house where the head of the family and his daughters Crezia, Carola and Beppa stayed. The apartment is composed of 4 double bedrooms each with private bathroom, minibar and TV SAT, large living room with secular fireplace, study corner and fully equipped kitchen. I Bianchini can accommodate another 4 people by having two additional double bedrooms, with respective bathrooms, the Seccatoio and the Piccionaia. The apartment also has a private garden, equipped with gazebo and outdoor furniture, and overlooking the main garden of the Foresteria. 170 square meters. For this apartment is available on reservation the private cook. Also available Il Seccatoio (2) and La Piccionaia (2) as additional rooms.

Casa Nonno Duilio (6 2 beds): The house takes its name from grandfather Duilio, the father of the head of the family.
The large apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom, mini-bar and TV SAT, large living room with ancient fireplace, study corner and fully equipped kitchen. There are two single sofa beds. The apartment has a private garden, equipped with gazebo and outdoor furniture, overlooking the main garden of the guesthouse. Sqm 170

Casa Gostino (4 sleeping accommodations): Gostino took care of all the Bianchini's farmyard animals. The apartment has two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and TV with international satellite dish. Casa Tabaccaia 1 (2 2 bed places): La Tabaccaia 1 is a comfortable apartment that rises in the rooms where, in the past, tobacco was dried.
