The agriturismo
The stone cottage built in the typical Tuscan style, dating back to the 14th century and entirely realized with local stone is located at about 600 metres above sea level, in the small area of Faeta near the village of Caprese Michelangelo, the birthplace of the eminent Italian painter and sculptor of the Renaissance Michelangelo Buonarroti, not far from charming town of Arezzo.
In the 4-hectare estate you’ll find a group of fine buildings most of which has been recently restored: a huge farmhouse with a small consecrated chapel next to it and three other rustic buildings.
The farmhouse (1,400 square metres) has 65 rooms divided into 3 floors, than there are a little farm building (56 square metres) and a big one with 2 floors (260 square metres). In addition to these beautiful buildings there are also the cistern and the oven, two superb stone manufactures with a similar appearance.
The accommodation
The farm offers guests a vast range of accommodation ideal for all your tastes and all your types of holidays. There are 4 apartments and 2 rooms where extra beds can be added on request, according to your needs. Every accommodation is well equipped with bedclothes, private heating system, television, private entrance and garden. Our guests are also offered a common laundry service as well as the usage of the big parking lot of the farm.

Swimming-pool: guest can relax having a bath in our gorgeous swimming-pool with “Jacuzzi corner”. To create an even more special and pleasant atmosphere in your summer evenings we will serve you delicious and tasty aperitifs and appetizer in the area close to the swimming-pool.
The farm is completely deep in a breathtaking green valley where you can relax and play with your children and pets in the open air. In the outside you can also enjoy yourself with a table football and organize amusing matches in our five-a-side football pitch.
