Il Pozzo

The farmhouse is a real old village, composed by 4 houses:

The biggest house, next to the forest, where you could find, 1st and 2nd floor, 5 apartments (Nippetella and Melissa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Malva and Verbena with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, Menta with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom) and on the ground floor a wonderful Restaurant (inside with walls in stone and outside with a great view).
Basilico, single small house with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (the old place where the paysant stocked his items).
Origano, where is located the machine for making a tasteful extra-virgin olive oil.
The second bigger house, with 3 apartments (Timo with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, Salvia with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Rosmarino with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms).

Every apartments has a very well accessorized kitchen: dishwasher, toaster, boiler for water, moka, microwave.

In the Restaurant you can taste typical buffet meal, 3 times per week and the others evening lighters, but not less tasteful, dinners: cheese with home made jams and meat (salami, ham…), pasta with sauces and cakes. In the back side of the houses you will find, in between grass and forest, a nice and panoramic swimming pool (9 x 16 mt) including the smaller one (3 x 3 mt) for children. The green park is surrounded of trees and the wood, garden, olive trees and fruits. Outside you will find a playground for your children and a fitness trail, bowling field and ping pong table. At guests disposal BBQ and a old wood oven.
