The agriturismo

The farmhouse, located within a biologically protected and environmentally restricted area, at 800 m above sea level, is in the centre of Tuscany, in an artistically fortunate triangle (Florence 38km, Arezzo 40 km , Siena 50 km) . It is completely immersed in uncontaminated nature, among chestnut woods, meadows and pastures. The secluded swimming pool is ideal for total relaxation.

The last stretch of road (about 900 metres) is deliberately unpaved to guarantee the type that distinguishes us and is not suitable for those not used to this type of route.

The accommodation

The structure, reported in various specialized guides throughout Europe, is divided into 2 ancient farmhouses typical of the Tuscan region, renovated and divided into 8 apartments (2-3-4-6 beds) furnished with care, in rustic Tuscan style: Metato (small cabin with double bed in the attic, kitchen-living room with fireplace and two bathrooms), Tramonto (large two-room apartment with double bedroom, kitchen-living room with possibility of adding a double sofa bed and two bathrooms), Maestrale (three-room apartment with double bedroom, kitchen, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom), Montrago, Valle, Primo sole, Colombaia (two-room apartment with double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom), Granaio (large three-room apartment with 2 double bedrooms, large kitchen-living room and 2 bathrooms).

In the restaurant it is possible to taste the ancient flavours of the Tuscan tradition, with characteristic specialities taken care of in every detail. The farm produces and sells directly excellent cold cuts from pigs reared in the wild with strictly natural methods.

The large outdoor spaces give you the opportunity to enjoy a gastronomic break in the food area served by the Food Truck of the same structure with the boards of cold cuts produced on site and the characteristic gurmet sandwiches in addition to Chianti Classico and Tuscan craft beers.

Activities and surrounding

In addition to the swimming pool, open from June 1 to September 30, the structure offers the following activities: sport fishing , paragliding , hot air balloon tours , mountain bike rental , trekking also guided and, for nature lovers, the observation of a rich fauna (wild boars, deer, foxes, wolves, buzzards and other birds of prey). In thefood area there is our Food Truck to taste our products in the open air presented with tasty sandwiches filled with unique flavors.
