Loc. San Lorenzo , 52031 Anghiari (Arezzo)
Beautiful family-owned farmhouse where special attention is paid to hospitality, situated 1,5 km away from Anghiari town centre and 2 km from Sorci Castle, overlooking the countryside and the family vineyards.
The farmhouse is owned by the Testerini family since the early 1800s, and today they are among the very few local exclusive wine producers. At first, it was grandfather Marcello to run the farmhouse business, and now it is his son Francesco and grandchild Paola to keep on the traditional peasant work, both graduated in rural studies. Francesco and Paola pay much attention to preserving the tradition and the environment, integrating modern agricultural knowledge into the peasant life. In 1998 the farmhouse was founded by grandfather Marcello, thanks to his farseeing dynamic attitude – one of the first to be authorized to run a farmhouse in Tuscany.
