The agriturismo
The farmhouse is located in Castiglion Fiorentino, in the heart of Valdichiana, an amazing, peaceful and historical area of Tuscany, very close to the Etruscan city of Cortona. Lovely cities such as Florence, Arezzo, Perugia, Siena with the ancient villages of Montalcino and Pienza (where cheese and the best wines are made) are at a very short distance.
The accommodation
The farmhouse, run since 1992, is composed from 7 apartments, all endowed with porch and satellite tv:
L’Arco: 4 sets bed (41 mq), it is composed from a matrimonial room, a double room, a bath and stay with angle cooking.
Le Pietre: 2 sets bed (32 mq), it is composed from a matrimonial room, a bath and stay with angle cooking.
Il Granaio: 4 sets bed (46 mq), it is composed from a matrimonial room, a double room, a bath and stay with angle cooking.
La Tabaccaia: 6 sets bed (64 mq), is divided in 2 floors. Ground floor: a matrimonial room, a bath and stay with angle cooking; first floor: a matrimonial room and a double room.
L’Allodola: 2 sets bed (32 mq), it is composed from a matrimonial room, a bath and stay with angle cooking and fireplace.
La Lepre e Il Fagiano: 6 sets bed (90 mq), it is composed from 2 matrimonial rooms, a double room, 2 baths and stay with angle cooking and fireplace.
The services offered are different: there are two swimming-pool (5x12 mt, h 140/240 cm and 3x3 mt, h 80 cm, with hydromassage), children’ games, bikes (with the possibility to follow a 40 km of cycle path, in the countryside with gorgeous views), volley court.
