The agriturismo
The agriturismo is located in the Chiana Valley, between the cities of Sinalunga and Cortona, 4 km from the town centre and from Lucignano and around 30 km from Arezzo.
Comfortable and welcoming for guests of all kinds, the ideal destination for families looking for peace, privacy and freedom for their little ones to play and explore.
Typical Tuscan meals are available on request, to be enjoyed in your apartment or the restaurant (16 people maximum) on the ground floor of the owner’s home.
The accommodation
The agriturismo offers 3 apartments:
- Il Giardino: on the first floor of the owner’s house, accessible via an external staircase. Double sofa bed, double bedroom, room with two single beds.
- Il Granaio: ground floor, created from the renovation of the granary next to the tennis court. Sofa bed, two double bedrooms, room with two single beds. Veranda with table and chairs.
- Il Salice: ground floor. Double sofa bed, double bedroom, room with two single beds. Veranda with table and chairs.
All apartments include a lounge-dining room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and private outdoor space with table and chairs (approx. 100 m2 for Il Giardino, 40 m2 for Il Salice). Apartments also include coffee machines. A washing machine and iron are available for use by all guests.
The agriturismo also offers a swimming pool (6x12 m, 0.90-2.30 m deep), a large garden filled with flowers and shaded by taller plants, a grass tennis court, table tennis, children’s games and bicycles available for free.
