The agriturismo
Surrounded by age-old cypress and olive trees and set on a ridge just 10 mins from Moncioni, the agriturismo offers a breathtaking view of the lush Chianti countryside, the Arno valley and the woodlands of Pratomagno. Guests can enjoy nature, the swimming pool, the view and the typical local food together with a fine Chianti.
The name of the farm comes from the ancient olive mill, which still stands; today the farm produces organic oil using only the two olive species cultivated on the estate (98% moraiolo).
The accommodation
The old farmhouse with its 7 apartments for guests has been renovated in line with its original architecture and preserving its original niches, wooden beams and stone walls. The apartments, with private entrance and outdoor area, have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, under-floor heating, safe and satellite TV with Bang & Olufsen flatscreen or classic TV sets. Free Wi-Fi coverage in the apartments and outdoor areas.
A large panoramic swimming pool offers refreshment and relaxation: set on terracing and heated by solar panels, it has a gazebo, teak wood sun loungers and parasols.
Parking spaces are available on the estate.
Please note: In the low and middle season - minimum stay 3 days, in the main season one week from Saturday to Saturday.
