The 4 apartments have independent entrance and open-air private space.
The apartments are constructed with stone and brick, and restructured with ecological materials to respect the environment, furnished with natural elements typical of the Tuscan rural architectural tradition as wood, 'cotto' floor and 'pietra serena', a typical grey stone.
All the apartments have any kind of comfort: air conditioning cold –heat, dishwasher, hearth, fridge.
A common laundry and a common freezer are provided for guests in the laundry lounge.
The farmhouse offers a panoramic swimming pool completely absorbed in the surrounding olive yards and vineyards, with an ecological purification salt system.
