The country house is situated up a nice hill, 3 km from Castelfiorentino, in the heart of Tuscany. The country-house dominates the beautiful environment, and thanks to its position it is open to fantastic sights of wineyards and olive trees, that are characteristic of this enchanted part of Tuscany.

The flat, called “Il Girasole” (the sunflower), is composed of 2 double bedrooms, a large sitting-room, a kitchen, a loundry and two bathrooms, big garden and parking area.
Actually, the flat has 2 double bedrooms with the possibility of two more places in the sitting room, a tv-set and heating. The living-room is more than 45 sq.ms wide, full of light and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is large and offers every confort a central cooker and a beautiful, modern fire-place. Outside there is a nice lawn with gazebo table and chairs and a practical barbecue.
