Fattoria Pogni

Fattoria Pogni has 6 exclusive apartments, all recently and carefully renovated, each different from the other. Furnished with taste and an eye for details: with antique Tuscan furniture, walls partly faced in stone, chestnut wood beams and ceilings of Florentine terracotta, floors of handmade Florentine terracotta. The apartments have all comforts: air conditioning, heating system, satellite lcd tv with sky channels, safe, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, mosquito nets at each window, internet connection available with wire and wireless in the open space. Outside each apartment is a perfectly equipped private area with wrought iron small table and chairs. 

Terrasole (4+2 pax): a two story apartment, with a large living room, kitchen and fireplace. Climbing the internal staircase made of serena stone you reach the first floor. There are two bedrooms, one with a sofa bed and a private terrace and each room has a bathroom with a glass shower stall and tiles in travertine and marble.
Gorgoli (4+2 pax): a two story apartment, with a large lining room, kitchen, fireplace and a sofa bed. Climbing the internal staircase made of Florentine terracotta tiles you reach the first floor. There are two double bedrooms, one with a private terrace and each room has a bathroom with a glass shower stall and tiles in travertine and marble.
Poggio ai Falchi (4+1 pax): apartment located on the first floor of the old master farmstead climbing an old staircase made of serena stone. The apartment is comprised of a living room, kitchen and fireplace. Two double bedrooms and each room has a bathroom with a glass shower stall and tiles in travertine and marble. In the largest bedroom it is possible to add a sofa bed.
Nappolaio (2+2 pax): apartment located on the ground floor of the old master farmstead. The apartment is comprised of a living room with sofa-bed, kitchen and fireplace. Climbing two steps of stone you reach the double bedroom and the bathroom with a glass shower stall and tiles in travertine and marble.
Tramonto (2+2 pax): apartment located inside the old hayloft. This is a two-story apartment comprised of a living room with sofa-bed, kitchen and fireplace on the ground floor. Climbing the internal staircase made of serena stone you reach the double bedroom with private terrace and the bathroom with a glass shower stall and tiles in travertine and marble.
Alba (2+2 pax): apartment located inside a portion of the hayloft, with a large living room on the ground floor and a wonderful bedroom with parquet flooring placed on an intermediate level. The living area is comprised of a large living room with dining room and kitchen and sofa-bed. A beautiful wrought-iron staircase with crystal steps leads to the intermediate floor with the huge bed, a unique piece made of briar-root. The bathroom, with a glass shower stall and tiled with travertine marble, is located on the ground floor of the apartment.

In a separated local there is a loundry.
