The Farmhouse wants to offer a stay in the area of the Chianti Rufina, in strict contact with the history and the landscape of the Pievi and the Villas, of the traditional markets and the Festivals, encircled by a bewitched atmosphere rich of culture and romanticism.

The Farm is composed from a inhabited (villa, colonic houses, church) and agricultural nucleus that maintains the original characteristics of the Renaissance. Inside of this nucleus, some apartments have been gained, in the perfect respect of the original structure but with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.

In the most ancient part of the villa you can admire a wide hall that conserves low-relieves in stone and windows with steps dating back to the 1500 and 1600. Beside the wine cellars there is an ancient mill, where still are found some equipments of the Renaissance (millstone and press) and a press in cast iron dating back to the 1800.

The villa has an original structure belonging to the 1500 with a great hall placed at the entrance, normally used for receptions and job meetings. This entrance communicates with others halls and a with a wide chicken.

Apartment Pontorno: (100 sqm) Ground floor, living room with kitchenette, fireplace, TV, oven, freezer, one double, one twin, one double with bath and shower, a bathroom with shower, closet, laundry . Apartment Ghirlandaio: (100 sqm) Ground floor: entrance, first floor: living-room with kitchenette, fireplace, TV, oven, freezer, steps lead up to twodouble bedrooms, one single bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Apartment Masaccio:(60 sqm) Ground floor: living-room with kitchenette, fireplace, TV, oven, freezer and sofabed for two people, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, storage. B & B: On the ground floor of the Villa. A room with a bathroom, with double bed and one suite with a bathroom, a double and two singles, a corner table. A large kitchen for breakfast and residence. The family Colanaci, who lives in the Farm, is available for sale of own products. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with kitchen equipment, crockery and linen.
