Il Pintello

The farmhouse is constituted by the main farmhouse, which has been built on an ancient monastery, and a group of buildings that from rural structures have been changed into apartments for tourists. The Villa, the ancient nobile estate belonging to the small village of Il Pintello, is situated in a position among the rolling hills of the Chianti wine region where it is possible to admire one of the most enchanting landscapes, captivating anyone who has the opportunity to lay eyes upon it. The story of this ancient Villa has been a mystery, lost over time, in fact it seems that it may have once been a small convent, however, the harmonious and elegant structure tends to make one think more of a Renaissance Villa.
The luxurious parlors, the enormous gardens and the small consecrated chapel, make it the perfect place even for the most prestigious events.

The Villa has, at the first floor, three double bedrooms with bathroom and two single bedrooms and another double bedroom with shared bath. At the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining room, three big drawing rooms, a beautiful panoramic terrace for eating outdoors and a park with private parking.
The farmhouse offers four apartments, Il Riccio, La Lepre, Il Moscardino ed Il Cardellino. The furniture has a typical Tuscan style, using classic Florentine terracotta tiled floor and chestnut wooden beam-ceilings.
Il Moscardino is a beautiful apartment for six people.This is a newly restored apartment, which has retained much of its country tradition with its beautifully furnished interior. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a living room with fireplace. With its own picturesque stone terrace, you also have the added opportunity of having many enjoyable and peaceful meals outside in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside.
Il Riccio is made up of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and a double bed sofa and a kitchen.
La Lepre is made up of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a wood stove and a double bed sofa and a kitchen.
Il Cardellino has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. The apartments are immersed in the silence but they have all the necessary comforts (TV, dishwasher, air conditioning, heating) thanks to which it is comfortable and relaxing in any season.
