The agriturismo
In the green Tuscan countryside, in the commune of Greve in Chianti, Marco and Enrica Cappelli welcome their guests into a simple, well-maintained setting with an honest, family atmosphere, where age old tradition blends seamlessly with modern home comforts, with respect for the surrounding nature.
The accommodation
The agriturismo offers 4 rooms and one apartment. Furnished in a simple yet tasteful style, the accommodation has a typical rustic Tuscan vibe. Each room is dedicated to a different Strada in Chianti district.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo is ideally located at the edge of the Chianti Classico region, just 30 minutes from the city of Florence. Working in partnership with other local farms, the agriturismo’s staff can recommend tasting, wine tours, cookery classes, horseback and bicycle excursions, and a wide range of other activities.
Be sure to visit Florence, Siena and the Chianti region, home to wonderful artistic treasures and fine food and wine.

We stayed at Villa Caprera as a family. Enrica and Marco are great hosts. Their house/rooms are beautifully decorated. The pool is very clean and a great refreshment in warmer temperatures. The breakfast and menus offered (2x a week) are super tasty.

Enrica welcomed us with open arms when we arrived.
The property itself is lovely. Secluded with beautiful views and a lovely pool to relax at during the hot afternoons. It was ideally located for the wine excursions and tasting in the area.

Young very dedicated family in the old family business. Very thoughtful freshly renovated. Fantastic infinity pool surrounded by olives and cypresses. Informative oil and wine tasting. A perfect base for enjoying art and culture. (only recommended with car)

I have been doing this job for 2 years along with my wife.
As well as we welcome the guests, we are responsible for communication, we take care of the crops.
It was a desire to to keep the family business alive which led me to run an agriturismo.
