Ground floor apartment (60 sqm, 4+1) with a private outside seating area. Double bedroom plus possibility to add one more single bed, big kitchen with a double bed sofa, bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet.
All the rooms are equipped with sat tv and telephone. Air conditioning and heating on request. Free of charge: use of washing-machine, barbecue, table tennis and mountain bikes. A car park is by the house. Multiple languages are spoken. A Tuscan dinner will be served in the restaurant or on the terrace by the main house.

There is a swimming pool and a sundeck with a changing room and toilet for guests. The panorama terrace, the pergola and the drawing room have a wonderful view over the surrounding 300.000 sqm landscape. For children: playground with swing and slide.
