Until 1985 the complex served as rural annexe of the farm Podere Santa Maria where a very good Chianti wine was produced. Later the country structure was transformed for getting two holiday apartments and other buildings related to the tourist activity.

The building consists of two L-shaped contiguous apartments which are let separately or together according to the number of guests. In this second case we can get just one apartment ,without separation,at disposal of the entire group.
A large equipped garden (200 sq.meters wide) with barbecue surrounds the property . It has been fenced for children or animals safety. One side of the garden stands in the shade for relaxing ,the other side in the sun to sunbathe.
In front of the apartments it has beenmade a laundry with washing machine and other facilities which also serves as storage for the garden equipment. Outside the property two car spaces are reserved to the guests.
