Montalbino

The agriturismo is located in the Chianti hills, spreading over90 hectaresof land with vines and olive trees in the heart of the countryside. The apartments are converted from renovated rural houses, each with a private garden and different to the others, but respecting the typical Tuscan farmhouse style, with bricks, exposed wood beams, terracotta and stone finishes. The furniture is made from wood and wrought iron, as is traditional. Guests can choose from several accommodation solutions - apartments and rooms:

L'Orciaia: on the ground floor is the living area, consisting of a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the sleeping area, consisting of 5 bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

Il Granaio: there is a large living room with kitchenette and fireplace, 4 bedrooms (two doubles, one twin and one single) and 2 bathrooms with shower. The antique décor recreates the atmosphere of farmhouses from more than two centuries ago.

La Legnaia: on the ground floor is a typical Tuscan kitchen with sitting area, sofa and fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The terracotta staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a second bathroom with shower.

Il Fienile: air-conditioned apartment converted from the old barn, retaining the typical grilled windows on the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor are the kitchen, the dining room, the living room with fireplace and a bathroom with shower.

La Porcilaia: self-contained house on the ground floor suitable for disabled people, with a living room with fireplace and dining corner, a kitchen also featuring a wood-burning oven, a double bedroom with bathroom (with shower), a twin bedroom and a second bathroom. Air-conditioned apartment.

Le Stalle: ground floor apartment suitable for disabled people consisting of a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, characterised by large wooden beams. The sleeping area consists of one double and one single with the possibility of opening up a sofa bed. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower.

Il Glicine: air-conditioned apartment which is accessed by a small outdoor staircase made of old bricks. Stairs lead from the living room to a pretty mezzanine, where there is a TV corner and a comfortable sofa bed. A spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete the apartment.

La Tinaia: ground floor apartment with welcoming, bright living room with fireplace, sofa bed and kitchenette. The double bedroom opens onto a small terrace from which you go down to the road. There is a bathroom with shower.

La Casina: self-contained cottage with air conditioning, characterised by two porticoes, one facing east and the other west. The interior is divided into a sleeping area (double bed) and living area (with kitchenette), divided only by a linen curtain to blend the areas into a single warm and welcoming environment. There is a bathroom with shower.

Il Geranio and Il Gelsomino: 2 double rooms with bathroom, independent entrance and garden accessed by an external staircase. Cosy and comfortable, thanks to the particularly fine décor, they are characterised by a mezzanine. The two rooms are air conditioned.

There is also a charming swimming pool (15 x 8 metres, open from May to September), a small whirlpool bath and a characteristic tree house near the restaurant, all surrounded by the greenery of the olive trees and with an incredible view over the hills around Montespertoli.
