The Olmi Grossi (Great Elm Trees) Farm is a completely restored country house built at the beginning of nineteen century: it was part of an old convent.
The Torrini family is the owner of the farm. Their love for nature and the art of restoring old building naturally led to the decision to transforming the country house into a splendid mansion available for selected vacationers.

In the Olmi Grossi Farm there many Olive Trees, typicalt of that part of Tuscany. The olive oil extracted from those trees is excellent. In our farm the olive oil production is, in fact, the major activity. The high quality is guaranteed by the care taken on each single tree.
Also, the Torrini family is the owner of the ancient oil mill of Impruneta (called Frantoio Doglia), so that they can control all the steps of their olive oil production.
The simplicity and beauty of the garden and the landscape around our farm makes the environment friendly and is one of the reasons why many choose to spend your time relaxing in the beautiful and picturesque and peaceful countryside of Chianti.
In the garden there is also a beautiful swimming pool where you can enjoy relaxing moments in the sun. All around, the beauty of the Tuscan landscape and the only sounds of the countryside.
