All the rooms in the whole estate (whether bedrooms or in full apartments) are equipped with a Wi-Fi or a plug-in-ADSL Internet connection. The rooms do not need air-conditioning because they are very fresh on Summer too, due to the particular orientation/position of the house. However each bedroom is provided with a fan in order to refresh your days and nights.

The bedrooms (rented in B&B or Room Only) are very large and with a full bathroom en-suite. Every 3 or 4 bedrooms is at guests’ disposal a living-room with sofas, Tv (DTT) and fireplace.

Each one of the APARTMENTS listed below is private and independent, with private entrance and garden, so to assure full privacy to our guests.

2/4 people may rent the apartment FOCOLARE:FOCOLARE apartment is made of one double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a large living-kitchen of 24 squared metres with a double sofa bed and a wonderful old fireplace large more than 3 metres! The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, dish-washer, kettle, Italian coffee-maker, American-Coffee-Machine. TV-Sat. Private heating. Private outdoor space equipped with BBQ, table and chairs to relax or eat open air. Our guests may also take advantage of our large swimming-pool, equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas, while on Spring and Summer we organize a fitness-area with gym equipment on a large terrace next to the swimming-pool. 3/4 people may rent the apartment CIPRESSO. CIPRESSO is made of 1 double bedroom, 1 single-bedroom (with the possibility to add a second bed), 2 bathrooms (each one with shower, bidet, wc, basin), a large living-room with a working fireplace made of stones, a closet, a kitchen fully equipped with all you need to cook and with a 4 rings stove, fridge, freezer, dish-washer, microwave, moka (Italian Coffe-Maker), American-Coffe-Maker, toaster, kettle. Digital-Terrestrial-Television (DTT). Private heating. Private shady garden, equipped with BBQ, tables and chairs in order to relax or organize dinners or parties. WI-FI and Plug-in-ADSL-HighSpeed Internet connection in each room (both options are available).

For 4 persons are available the apartments called ACERO and CAPANNA.

CAPANNA is made of a double-bedroom, a twin-bedroom, 2 bathrooms (each one with shower, WC, bidet, basin, one of them is suitable for handicapped people), one living/dining-room with sofas, Digital-Terrestrial-Television (DTT) and with a fully equipped kitchen with 4-rings-stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Italian-moka-machine, toaster, kettle, American-coffee-machine. Private heating. Private shady garden, equipped with BBQ, tables and chairs in order to relax or organize dinners or parties. WI-FI Internet connection in each room.

ACERO is made of 2 double bedrooms (of which one may be changed with 2 twin beds; one may be changed in a triple on request), 2 bathrooms (each one with shower, bidet, wc, basin), a large livingroom with a working fireplace made of stones, a closet, a kitchen fully equipped with all you need to cook and with stove, fridge, freezer, dish-washer, microwave, moka (Italian Coffe-Maker), toaster, kettle, American-coffee-machine. Digital-Terrestrial-Television (DTT). Private heating. Private shady garden, equipped with BBQ, tables and chairs in order to relax or organize dinners or parties. 6/7 people may rent the apartment TRECIE. TRECIE is placed on the first-floor of our Colonica Villa. It is made of 3 double-bedrooms (or twins on request; one may be changed into a triple on request), 3 bathrooms (shower, WC, bidet, basin), one living/dining-room with sofas, Digital-Terrestrial-Television (DTT) and a working fireplace and with a fully equipped kitchen with 4-rings-stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Italian-moka-machine, toaster, kettle, American-coffee-machine. Private heating. Private shady garden placed at the TRECIE’s entrance at ground-floor, equipped with BBQ, tables and chairs in order to relax or organize dinners or parties. WI-FI and Plug-in-ADSL-HighSpeed Internet connection in each room (both options are available)..

6/8 people may rent the apartment TERRA, placed completely at ground-floor of our Colonica Villa. It is made of  3 double-bedrooms (or twins on request; one bedroom may be changed into a triple or a quadruple bedroom on request), 3 bathrooms (shower, WC, bidet, basin), one living/dining-room with sofas, Digital-Terrestrial-Television (DTT) and a working fireplace and with a fully equipped kitchen with 4-rings-stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Italian-moka-machine, toaster, kettle, American-coffee-machine. Private heating. Private shady garden equipped with BBQ, tables and chairs in order to relax or organize dinners or parties. WI-FI Internet connection in each room.

7-8 persons may rent the whole FIENILE COTTAGE alone. FIENILE is made of the two apartments called ACERO and CIPRESSO described above.

10-11 people may rent the apartment CIELO, placed at the first-floor of our Colonica Villa. It is made of 5 double-bedrooms (or twins on request, one may be changed into a triple bedroom on request), 5 bathrooms (shower, WC, bidet, basin), one living/dining-room with sofas, Digital-Terrestrial-Television (DTT) and a working fireplace and with a fully equipped kitchen with 4-rings-stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Italian-moka-machine, toaster, kettle, American-coffee-machine. Private heating. Private shady garden placed at the CIELO’s entrance at ground-floor, equipped with BBQs, tables and chairs in order to relax or organize dinners or parties. WI-FI and Plug-in-ADSL-HighSpeed Internet connection in each room (both options are available).

12/14 people may rent the apartment CAPACIE. It is an apartment on two levels: at ground-floor you have a very large dining-room able to accommodate the whole group of persons, with a fully equipped kitchen with 4-rings-stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Italian-moka-machine, toaster, kettle, American-coffee-machine. From the dining-room, you have access to a private shady garden equipped with BBQs, tables and chairs in order to relax or organize dinners or parties. At ground-floor, you also have 1 double-bedroom (that may be changed into a triple-bedroom on request) and 2 bathrooms (each one with shower, WC, bidet, basin, one of them is suitable for handicapped people). At the upper-floor you have 5 double-bedrooms (or twins on request, one may be changed into a triple bedroom on request), 5 bathrooms (shower, WC, bidet, basin), one living/dining-room with sofas, Digital-Terrestrial-Television (DTT) and a working fireplace and with a second (smaller) kitchen with 4-rings-stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Italian-moka-machine, toaster, kettle, American-coffee-machine. Large groups from 16 to 22 people may rent in full privacy the whole COLONICA VILLA, made of 9 bedrooms (of which 5 double-bedrooms and 4 rooms that can be used as triple-, twin- or double-bedrooms), 10 bathrooms (each one with shower, bidet, wc, basin; one is suitable for handicapped people), 2 large living-dining-rooms each one with working fireplaces (made of stones) and Digital-Terrestrial-Television (DTT), and each one with a kitchen-corner equipped with all you need to cook; in addition, there is 1 large kitchen fully equipped with a 4 rings stove, fridge, freezer, dish-washer, microwave, moka (Italian Coffe-Maker), toaster, American-Coffee-Maker and kettle. Next to this kitchen, there is a dining-room able to sit up to 25 persons. Private heating. Three private shady gardens equipped with BBQs, tables and chairs in order to relax or organize dinners or parties. WI-FI and/or plug-in-ADSL-HighSpeed Internet connection in each room.

At all guests’ disposal there are: private parking places; a laundry-room ; a swimming-pool 15×7,5 metres large with fitness area ; an aesthetician for beauty treatments and massages.
