Podere i Filari

Podere I Filari is located in the Chianti region (San Casciano Val di Pesa) noted for being one of the most beautiful areas in Toscana. Podere “I Filari” itself dates 13th century. Over the past 200 years the house has been restored, maintaining its original features and highlighting its rural structure – stone and brickwork, dry stone walls, coats of arms, and shrines. The beautiful swimming-pool (16x 5.5m) amidst olive trees and vineyards is considered the most beautiful of the area. It is open from 15/5 to 30/9. Overall a friendly hospitality is provided.

The three apartments have been furnished with taste and care with furniture of high quality level.
- Filari 1 is a  100 sq. mt. apartment at the first floor for 6/7 persons. It is possible to rent it for only 4 persons with reduced price (look at price list). It is possible to joint one more bed for a seventh persons at the cost of 100e/week. Are also available a little bed for a child and a cradle. It consists in three double  bedrooms, two new bathrooms, a kitchen completely equipped washing and dish machineries included, sitting/dining room, its own exclusive equipped garden on the back at the same level of the apartment  equipped to meal outside and panoramic on the volley,. It is equipped for area relax and for eating outside. The sitting room has a fireplace. The bathrooms are with shower. The kitchen is very well equipped with washing and dish machineries, electric oven, gas cookers, potteries, steamer,  coffe machines and what is necessary to cook.

- Filari 2: apartment of 55 sq. mt. for 4 persons with two bedrooms. It consists in a big room divided, from an arc with an heavy curtain, in a sleeping area with wedding bed and a sitting/dining area, a well equipped kitchen with also the washing machine, a new bathroom with shower and its own exclusive upper terrace of 45 m2 equipped also to meal outside. The kitchen with gas cookers gets also dishes, cutlery, oven, coffee machinery and all it needs for cooking. Before Filari2 a court of 100 sq. meter, panoramic on the volley, with shadow because of a many branches and lives tree.

- Filari 3 is a romantic and lovely 2 persons apartment of 28 sq. mt. It consists in one big room with a wedding bed, a dining area with an oval table. a cooking corner very well equipped and a new bathroom with shower.  Before the apartment a green meadow panoramic on the volley equipped to meal outside. It is its own private space. Sometime the property pass through for watering flowers and keep the meadow.  Furniture are of high quality level. The entrance is from the meadow close to a wood though an iron-glass door which gives a lot of light to the apartment with the tends open and a pleasant and resting sight. The apartment doesn’t get i town washing machine but it is possible to concord with the property the use of her without any cost. The kitchen corner with two gas cookers gets also dishes, cutlery, coffee machinery and all it needs for cooking.
