The agriturismo

This farm house is only 23km far from Florence. It has been constantly improving, paying attention to biological farming and restoring the farmhouse and its annexes.
It is an ideal place for people looking for a relaxing stay immersed in typical olive-groves and vineyards.

 

The accommodation

The farm house is composed in the landlord's house and in 5 small apartments and i 2 doublerooms , and  a communal relax room for the guests. you find also a big swimmingpool , a horse riding with horses to explore the surrondings...


Every apartment has its independent entrance, view on the olive growe and vineyard and space outside with table and chairs. It is composed in: double bedroom ( if you need with a single bed or baby bed more), bathroom with shower and dining room with kitchinette and double bed sofa. each apartment or room has cable TV, wi-fi internet, air condition, private space with table and chiars outside and view on the valley .
Here you have peace and relax, but most of all the homely welcome of the landlords fill you at home .Ideal for a group of friend o for 5-6 families, that just booked all of 6 locations can have the farm all for them.

The Communal room  is about 40m with it is the place where you can have turistic information and if you need you can have on request buffet breakfast or toscan meal prepared directly by the landlords with the tipycal products.

There is a swimmingpool, placed 30 mt from the apartments and it is mt 5.5 x mt 13.5.

also you find the horse riding , on request you can have lessons or make  a trip in the country with Alessandro


The farm produces wine and extra vergin olive oil. BIOLOGICAL production

It is possible to have cookery daily courses.

3 km far from the farm house there are: 2 lakes and CAI trekking paths, it is possible to go horse-riding and visit Rufina village famous for its Chianti wine. In Rufina, you can find: shops, bank, restaurants, post office and the station train to arrive in the historical centre of FIRENZE in few minutes.

Other attractions: Fiesole (10km), the outlet of Gucci, Dolce e Gabbana, Prada, (20 minutes by car), Mugello (30 km), Vicchio and the Giotto's house.

Firenze just 23 km, Arezzo 1 hour by car, also Siena and San Gimignano
